Ventnor Villa

Ventnor Villa is situated in a quiet location about  10-15 minutes walk from Ventnor Town with its shops, restaurants and child friendly beach.

Sleeping four, the villa has fabulous seaviews from the bedrooms, kitchen/diner and sitting room. There is a twin bedded room and double bedroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the sitting room for additional sleeping accommodation. The double room has patio doors leading to a balcony overlooking the decking and on to the sea.

Ventnor is known for its micro-climate and the Botanical Gardens are within walking distance from the Villa. The town itself has a variety of restaurants from tapas to Michelin star and several pubs and wine bars all within easy distance of the villa.

The family bathroom has a bath and separate shower unit.

The kitchen is newly fitted and fully equipped with seating for 6. The kitchen units are New England style ivory wood with mirco wave, fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher. There is no washing machine but there is a launderette open 7 days in town. The kitchen window overlooks the back garden and the open plan seating area has patio doors which lead on to the decking.

The villa is centrally heated with additional underfloor heating in the kitchen and hall as optional.

The sitting room over looks the front garden and beyond to the sea, with TV, books, DVDs and games. There is a large open front garden and an enclosed garden to the rear.

Parking is on the road below and the villa is accessed by steps at the side of the house.

Well behaved dogs are permitted.

No smoking in accommodation.

July to August £735.00 per week          Friday to Friday bookings

September bookings from £550.00.

There may be additional charge for over 4 occupants.

£150 refundable security booking

Prices include linen, towels, heating.   

Please note there are approximately 20 steps up to house. Parking is on road in front of house. Rear Garden has low gate but children should be supervised at all times.
